Your Intro Guide to Restoring Foreskin With Tape

by Pumpy

For men who are interested in foreskin restoration, the most common method is T-taping. The reason for this is simple: It’s quick and it’s effective. On its most basic level, tape is folded into a letter T shape. The sticky part is attached to the foreskin, with some sort of tension applied to the non-sticky vertical line of the T. This stretches the skin, creating new tissue and restoring the foreskin.

While some methods consist of one large T-tape, we recommend several smaller T-tapes. It’s easier to apply and leads to the foreskin fitting better around the penis as it grows.

Have your supplies handy. You will need foam tape, duct tape, and a T-Tape. You may have to make the cone yourself — all you need is a cone-shaped object with a hook on the pointed end.  A lot of men prefer to use a trombone mouthpiece as it provides the right shape that is also more comfortable. Alternatively, if you cannot make one your own, you can always try one of these restoration devices.

To start, wash and dry yourself well. Foam T-tape can stick to damp skin, but you get the best results when the skin is dry.

Pull the foreskin taut. Take a piece of foam tape and mentally divide it into four parts. The first part should attach to the outer foreskin, the middle two parts are pinched together, and the final part should attach to the inner foreskin. This gives you a piece of tape in the shape of a T, with one tab over your scar line. Don’t overdo the tape. Use as little as you need to get it to stick.

Repeat this method until you have T-taped all the way around your penis. There should be 1/4-1/2 of an inch between each piece of tape. This will ensure that the foreskin will grow conically.

Center your hooked cone over the glans. Pull one of the T-tabs up to the top of the cone and tape it there with the duct tape. If you have coated it in silicone, the duct tape won’t stick to the cone, so you will need to wrap the duct tape all the way around and reattach it to itself.

Tape all the remaining tabs onto the cone as well. When you’ve finished with this, you can apply tension to the hook. Popular methods of adding tension include using elastic bands to create small belts. The foreskin can then be stretched upward, attaching the elastic belt to, for example, a loop around the neck or shoulders. Alternatively, you can stretch the foreskin down, through the pant leg, attaching the elastic belt to something like your shoe. If you need to move around a lot, you can wrap the foreskin and belt around your waist or legs by attaching it to your clothing somehow, but this is not always comfortable.

The ideal amount of tension will involve stretching the foreskin to its maximum length, but it should never be uncomfortable or painful. If it is, you are stretching it too far and will slow the growth of new tissue. The same rule applies when using a pump or a stretcher for penis enlargement.
