When looking into restoration devices there seems to be two categories of equipment; one that is dedicated solely to regeneration of the foreskin and the ones that act as dual stretchers, or in this scenario, a ‘tugger’. I researched tuggers because if you are going to endure the pins and needles of stretching penis skin, you might as well go for gold and stretch your whole package, which will get you results much faster. I’m all about compounding effort to reach goals quicker when the opportunity arises, and I’m sure you are too.

Tuggers are fairly simple to use. There’s two parts to them. The device that attaches to your glans (penis head), and the strap you attach to your leg. You stretch the skin over the device, then you get even more of a stretch from the tension from the strap attached to your leg. With this method you get maximum amount of tension.

The ones I found are ordered from most discreet to least discreet. Since you will be wearing the device the whole day, you will likely not want to walk around with a plank in your pants, or people might get suspicious. However, the bigger devices do look to be the most effective, so there is a trade-off. It’s up to you to decide whether having a bulge in your pants is worth the extra gain.

TLC Tugger

This device amazes me. How can a simple cone stretch foreskin? In this package you get a plastic cone, a rubber band thing, and a 2 straps. Now how it exactly works I couldn’t tell you, because it isn’t evident by just looking at it… so for further explanation I’ll direct you to the listing for it. It’s a tlc tugger. As of right now it looks to be the simplest, most popular device.

CAT II Q Stretcher

A bi-directional tool that claims to apply a more uniform tension. It looks more complex and professional than the TLC tugger, but also is a much larger system. However, it could be worth looking into, as it too can be used as a tugger for enlargement purposes, which is a bonus. CAT II Q here.

But… Before You Begin

There is one thing you should know. Once your foreskin is circumcised it’s gone forever, and not even restoration devices can bring it back. I’m not saying this to bum anyone out, I just want to make sure there is a clear understanding that what is actually being created during stretching is skin. It will look like it, it will feel like it, but it won’t have as many nerve endings or the special tissue that closes it at the top.

However!
It is 100% worth it. You can take it from me. I was partially circumcised, left with what could be compared to the result the devices above can provide. I have much more sensitivity, on the outside and glans (head), and not to mention –it’s fun. If you’ve ever played with one of those water tube toys then you know how much fun can be had. In fact, I can’t imagine not having it. With that said, even though years are needed for full restoration, I believe it is worth the effort. This is Pumpy approved!
